How about a fun Pizza Night this weekend?
Receive at home your Sourdough Pizza Dough and make your own pizza!
We will make it in the morning for you, deliver it and all you will have to do is place it in a bowl, covered with a damp cloth or cling film, and leave it to prove until the afternoon (it's usually ready by 5-7pm, depending on the temperature and humidity in your kitchen. If you see that it's already really puffy but you're not ready to prepare it, just place it in the fridge until you are).
Then follow the instructions that will come with your dough, choose your toppings and enjoy!

One pizza dough is enough for one person. Please keep this in mind when you place your order to calculate all the members of your household.
Pizza dough for more people will come in one dough, if you want to make single pizzas divide it (or weight it on a scale) based on how many pizzas you want to make.
This is a raw product: it must be baked before eating it.
How to bake it
Warm up your oven at the maximum temperature it can reach for at least 20 minutes.
For the thin crust pizza
Roll down your dough on a tray or baking paper (better to use your hands, it's more fun, but a rolling pin or a bottle will do as well), well floured on both sides.
Spread your favourite sauce, add cubed or grated mozzarella, oregano, a tbsp of olive oil and your favourite toppings.
Bake for about 6-8 minutes :)
For the thick crust pizza
If you don't want to divide your dough and you prefer your pizza more focaccia-style, then put your pizza dough on a tray, flour it, and spread it down using your fingers or a rolling pin.
Our advice: spread your favourite sauce on top and a tbsp of olive oil, then bake it for 4-5 minutes. Then take it out the oven, add mozzarella and your favourite toppings and put it back in for another 5-7 minutes.
Be careful to not burn yourself with hot trays and the oven! ;)
